Lori Mershon is a Clinical Nutritionist and ordained minister. Her spiritual approach to nutrition assists people on their path to wellness on both a physical and emotional level.  She uses nutrition response testing, personal fitness, substance abuse counseling, massage therapy and Reiki in her practice.





Tara Hire is a Certified Holistic Health Coach (CHHC).  She received her BS from the University of Maine, Orono and studied holistic nutrition at Clayton College of Natural Health and Institute for Integrative Nutrition.


Her approach is flexible and open-minded. She aids people to reach their optimum health through Metabolic Typing, and individualized health and lifestyle habits.




Tobey Levine is a professional-level Kripalu Yoga Teacher who has been leading yoga on Monhegan for over a decade. Her classes are gentle with attention to breath and form. Tobey is a Licensed Massage Therapist, CranioSacral Therapist, and Reiki Master. She will be available for consultation in these areas during the retreat. Contact:
